The General Assembly of Shareholders is the supreme organ of the Company and its resolutions shall be subject to all other organs. The General Assembly shall be empowered to take all kinds of resolutions and appoint or remove any official or employee of the Company itself.
The General Meetings of Shareholders are Ordinary and Extraordinary. The Company may also hold Special Assemblies.
The remuneration system is based on quantitative and qualitative criteria defined by S3 CACEIS in order to identify positions that may materially affect the risk profile of the institution.
For the purposes of this handbook, these positions are altogether referred to as “identified group”.
